Description: Rays of Hope: Celebrating Easter with Joy and Reflection “Easter is the demonstration of God that life is essentially spiritual and timeless.” The spirit of Easter came alive in our school through a vibrant and meaningful assembly conducted on 17th April 2025 by Class XI Lily in the Senior School and Class III Lily in the Junior School. With grace and devotion, both classes conveyed the message of resurrection, hope and renewal that Easter brings. The assembly commenced with a warm welcome extended to our beloved Sister Geetha, who was greeted with lovingly handmade Easter badges, cheerful cards, and fresh bouquets — a gesture of gratitude and joy. This was followed by a serene prayer that set a reflective tone for the occasion. Students then enlightened the audience with informative insights into the significant days surrounding Easter such as Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday. A short but impactful video presentation illustrated the journey of Jesus Christ and the triumph of life over death. Adding a creative touch, the students of Class XI Lily performed a moving skit that beautifully conveyed the spiritual significance of Easter — reminding everyone of the power of faith, forgiveness, and new beginnings. To conclude the event, Sister Geetha expressed her heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Class XI Lily and their class teacher for their dedication, reverence and enthusiasm. She praised the efforts of the students for presenting such a soul-stirring and meaningful assembly, leaving everyone inspired and uplifted. The Easter Assembly was not only a celebration but a reminder that even in the darkest of times, light and hope prevail — just as Easter promises.
