Description: On 19th June, 2026 our Nursery children enthusiastically participated in a fun-filled Yoga Freeze Activity, where movement and mindfulness came together in an exciting way. As the music played, the children happily ran around, enjoying every moment with great energy and excitement. The moment the music stopped, they instantly froze in different yoga poses such as the Butterfly Pose, Tree Pose, Mountain Pose and many more. This engaging activity helped children improve their listening skills, concentration, balance, body coordination and self-control while introducing them to simple yoga postures in a playful manner. The joyful smiles and enthusiastic participation of our little learners made the activity both enjoyable and meaningful, promoting physical fitness, mindfulness and confidence.
