Description: "Words have the power to inspire, influence, and ignite change." To encourage confidence, effective communication, and public speaking skills among students, an Inter House English Declamation Competition for Classes IV and V was held on 8 July 2026 in the school auditorium. The competition was conducted in two rounds for each class, providing every participant with an opportunity to showcase their oratory skills, confidence, and stage presence. The thought-provoking topics for Class IV were "Be the Change You Want to See" and "Small Acts Make a Big Difference," while Class V students spoke on "Handsome Is as Handsome Does" and "Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining." Through their speeches, the participants shared inspiring thoughts on kindness, good character, optimism, responsibility, and the importance of bringing positive change to society. Each participant displayed remarkable confidence, clarity of speech, effective voice modulation, and an impressive stage presence. The judges appreciated the enthusiasm, preparation, and sincere efforts of all the participants and commended them for their outstanding performances. The competition concluded with the announcement of the winners, followed by a prize distribution ceremony that celebrated the hard work, dedication, and talent of the young speakers. The event was a resounding success, leaving the audience inspired by the confidence, creativity, and exceptional speaking abilities of our budding orators.
