Description: "The greatest gift a teacher can give is not just knowledge — it is the courage to keep learning, leading, and believing in every child's potential." A thought-provoking and deeply enriching seminar was held as part of the Capacity Building Programme (CBP), centred on the theme "Capacity Building for Foundation Educators as Impact Leaders." The session was conducted on May 23 ,which brought together educators, teachers-in-training, and educational stakeholders in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment. The seminar was guided by two distinguished resource persons — Ms. Priyanka Rajat and Ms. Christine Amber Tiwari — whose expertise and passion for foundational education made the session both engaging and transformative. Both resource persons spoke on the importance of collaboration among educators — how peer learning, mentorship, and a shared vision can multiply an individual teacher's impact manifold. The seminar also addressed challenges commonly faced by foundation educators, including resource constraints, diverse learning needs, and the pressure of curriculum demands, offering practical tools and mindset shifts to navigate them effectively.
