Description: Earth day – 22nd of April On the 22nd of April, the school celebrated Earth Day with great enthusiasm and awareness. As part of the celebration, each class was requested to bring one potted plant. This simple yet thoughtful gesture added beauty and purpose to the day, which was followed by a powerful speech highlighting the significance of the day and a meaningful street play performed by the members of the eco club. The play creatively portrayed natural elements like soil, water, air, and trees as they expressed their suffering caused by human actions. Through humour and emotion, the performance caught the attention of the audience and delivered a powerful message about the urgent need to protect our environment. Through this event school encouraged students to develop a deeper connection with nature, take responsibility for the environment, and adopt sustainable habits in their daily lives. The event served as a reminder that protecting the Earth is a shared duty, a duty that starts with small, consistent actions.
